THE SCHOOL OF DOMESTIC ECONOMY Domestic Economy is another of the courses which is growing in pop- ularity, and calling persistently for better equipment. Here the girls learn not only cooking and sewing, but how tc care for the house in every respect; also how to care for the sick, and prepare their food. They are taught how to manage the household as wiseely and as economically as possible — surely a profitable tiling. Besides the girls win; are specializing in Domestic Econ- omy, there are man)- from other schools who find Domestic Science or Domes- tic Art interesting and valuable elective subjects.
