The pressure of having enough money to spend was universal, and many students found that part-time Jobs were necessary, and had to be squeezed into their time-table. Pressures afflicted everyone, freshman and seniors, young and old. however, many accepted the challenge that these pressures presented, and learned to cope with them. Shortcuts were found to create free time, priorites were developed, and schedules of study and socializing were created.
