One of the men who has served our Alma Mater most faithfully is Dr. George W. Hull. Dr. Hull was born at Strasburg, Pa., September 16, 1852. He attended the public schools of the borough and graduated from the high school at the age of eighteen. He entered Millersville in 1871 and graduated in 1874. He was at once chosen assistant professor of Mathematics,, and, with the exception of one year, has been connected with the school ever since. Dr. Hull is also a very popular lecturer, and is well known throughout eastern Pennsylvania. Dr. Hull teaches Mathematics in a way that even the weakest student can understand it. His genial disposition and kind sympathy have won for him the respect of all who have had the privi- lege of being in his classes. May he spend many more useful years in our dear Alma Mater is the wish of TI-In liliwrons. .-5-
