CLASS WILL Ellis Bing Bingham leaves his ability to bum quarters and then forget them to Griff Geiss, who isn't exactly a beginner himself. Kent Cable leaves three quarts of shampoo to Eric Anderson. Don Geiss leaves his lovely face and cute smile to Booze. Shawn Haag leaves his ability to escape death to Mary Howard. Wayne Heines leaves his glowing red hair to Todd Young, with a note: I'd rather be dead than red on the head. Herbie Herman leaves an unused fielder's glove and a rubber arm to Willard Harris. Tony Niehaus leaves his devotion to study to MarJ Fredrickson. Jim Osborne leaves his punctuality to Tim Franklin. Maurey Presser leaves his scarred rotgut stomach to John Smith, who is probably a step ahead of Maurey. Dave Rouzier leaves his gentle kindliness, his sweet, understanding manner, and shyness to Lorey Parker. Craig Witherspoon leaves his combat boots to anyone with a strong enough nose to pick them up. and Greg Woods leaves his mysterious ability to slip off and on campus to John Karaus, who needs it like a hole in the head. GREAT EXPECTATIONS Greg Woods wants to be a famous drummer and make a lot of money. He'll make the money all right -- inventing two kinds of shampoo: Short and Slick and Long and Slippery. Craig Witherspoon intends to be a motorcross racer. No way! He'll sip Dr. Pepper and kick tires at a Texaco station. David Rouzier sees himself as a great businessman, but we see him selling racing sheets at River Downs. Mo Presser dreams of being a bartender, but we see him bootlegging Boone's Farm in Bourbon County. Jim Osborne wants to be a great tank commander, but we can clearly imagine him issuing bras to the Women's Army Corps. Tony Niehaus plans a successful career as a business executive. Sure! Hawking watches in the Lexington Bus Station. Jay Herbie Herman dreams of being an artist, but we see him selling bagels to Palestinian terrorists. Wayne Heines insists he's going to be a business executive, but we see him as assistant foreman on a garbage truck. Shawn Haag hopes to be an officer in the U. S. Navy. He'll come close anyway - wearing a pink Roto-Rooter uniform, sailing rubber duckies in storm sewers. Don Geiss insists that he wants to pull sticks out of the Ohio River. Yeah, really. We don't understand it either, but we see him selling Adidas sneakers in a home for the elderly. Kent Cable wants to be an undertaker. No kidding. We see him as a professor of unclear physics at M. I. T. Bing Bingham is starry eyed about being a general in the U. S. Army, but we see him recruiting Wacs in the Washington YMCA. 12
