Jlllllllli GLASS UFFICERS FIRST ROW, left to right: Gretchen Hoffman, Sandra Wachtel. SECOND ROW, left to right: Brent Hall, Bob White. In September the iuniors started back to school with forty-four members. We had lost three and gained four. Twelve ambitious boys went out for football, nine of which received letters, and nine went out for basketball, Gretchen Hoffman and Laurel Martin represented our class as homecoming attendants. We have ten boys in Hi-Y and eleven girls in Tri-Hi-Y. We also have five girls in G.A.A. and five girls in F.H.A. Gary Tennant and Betty Fath are our Student Senate representatives. We pre- sented our play, January Thaw , a comedy in three acts, on November 20 and 21. lt was well attended and enioyed by everyone. All the iuniors worked very hard on the concessions and we accomplished a lot under the direction of our advisor, Miss McManis. The biggest event of the year for the iuniors was the Junior-Senior Prom and Banquet on May 7. All the iuniors worked very hard on the decorations and everyone enioyed themselves very much. Our class officers for the year are: President, Brent Hall, Vice President, Bob White, Secretary, Sandra Wachtel and Treasurer, Gretchen Hoffman.
