Business Manager Herbert Hardbarger, Editor Mr. Mabrey, Sponsor We appreciate the confidence placed in us when we were chosen by our fellow staff members to serve as officers of the 1967 Wildcat . Although it has been necessary to aevote hours of tedious work, we feel that it has been valuable experience for us. We hope that this volume of Wildcat will make you feel our efforts have been worthwhile. It has been possi- ble only with the cooperative staff with which we have had to work. Herbert Hardbarger, Editor Betty Kay Cauley, Business Manager Becky Helper, Ass’t. Business Manager d ie u dJi dcaf’ 1 Staff We the Wildcat Staff of 1967 have worked hard with hopes of producing an annual of which you will be proud. We have tried to capture in this yearbook some memorable events of the school year which help us strive toward maturity. Ude JiTi doro “Idifdcai” 7innuaZ proucf u presen is ide edition 1966-1967 o, c Jo Coach CJ is C). JTCahretj JpJe dedicate Uhe 1967 a IsOi dcaf ' ’ Ever faithful as a friend, teacher, annual spon- sor, and coach, he is. Yet never does he tire. He spends endless hours chauffeuring the annual staff on route to get ads and even more time on drawing pages to go into our yearbook. To find an answer to our problems, who do we first consider as being capable of solving them? Who gives up quiet evenings in his trailer to come to the gym to drill his boys to make the school proud of the team? What man literally worries his head off about the yearbook until the final copy is returned and sold? None other than Mr. Mabrey. What would we do without him? do dde S uc enfs Of JRifIBoro You are important. Your life is important. Your accomplishments and influences while at Millboro can be masterpieces painted upon history, or they can be as precipitation that comes and goes without much notice. I shall always cherish the opportunity of being your principal. Your life while at Millboro has a rare opportunity of being watched carefully by many -- your devoted teachers and unfor- gettable friends, your parents and the administration. Make this life one of which we shall be proud. To each of you may God’s blessings be plentiful, and may you strive to be worthy of them. Your principal, Thomas M. They have begun to realize a well organized group cannot be reached to perfection unless they are willing to put forth their best at all times. We feel that no squad could have tried harder to cheer our boys on and represent good school spirit than these girls. This year may be tagged as a stepping stone for this season ' s Junior Varsity Cheerleaders for they are setting their heights higher and they plan to support their boys twice as much next year as a fan if not as a cheerleader.
