Chss History My how time does fly! It seems such a short time since forty of us journeyed to school for the first time. It was September 1947, that we were seated in the first grade by Miss Ada Haynes. Werecallsome of the exciting things that happened while we were in the grades such as our trip to Natural Bridge when we were in the sixth grade and to the Massanutten Caverns while in the seventh grade. At last we reached one of the biggest goals of our life when on September 3, 1958 we entered the Senior Class with Mr. M. P. Skinner as our sponsor. Some have dropped or failed in the past years but we still have 15.
