IT wasn'T jusT Thrown TogeTher aT once. lT Takes Time and efforT To make The dances go jusT righT. The Social Commllfee prepared all The dances This year. They decided on The Themes for The dances. To publicize iT, They painTed posT- ers for The sTudenT body. The commiTTee made and sold TickeTs, hired a company for The music, and cleaned up afTer everyone had lefT. This was a loT of work for a dance. The Weicome Dance was a success wiTh sold ouT TickeTs, and The Homecoming Dance in The gym was fifsT. Chairperson Kari Mafsui said, The Homecoming Dance was a success because There was a loT of pubIiciTy and The TickeT sales were convenient Social Committee member Nhwle Gusfle said, 'Tl liked The Welcome Dance because They played good jams.
