Remember when school meant hopscotch and chicken fights in The jungle gyms? And The biggest problem we had was wondering what to bring for show and tell? Slowly but surely, life began To get tougher. One day we realized that we were working with expononts instead of apples in math, and our personal belongings had to be locked in metal lockers instead of cubbyholes. Yes, we were growing up. Along with the many changes came a lot of differ- ent friends and fun times along the way. Maureen Whalen can still re- member a day after school sitting in front of The TV while, we Took apart all of The Oreo cookies and put The cookies in one pile and the white part in the other, we were only eating The cookie port and saving the white for later, Soon we all got stomach aches so we put The rest of The cookies back To- gether. Marcl Lau remembered, I'Trading stickers with my friends. In The seventh grade everyone had at least one awful experience. lt seemed as Though everyone was going Through a rough Time. Robert Nlshlda seemed to recall That, at Wheeler everyone was kinda hyper and There were so many fights. Next came The big step The migration to Mililani High School, Jon Hashlzume remembered that he thought coming to high school would be Ukinda scary. But when we finally got here and got used to it, high school life wasn't bad at ali: in fact iT was a lot of fun. Remem- ber being a Freshman and having to do initiations? What about your very first prom? How about your first love- or what you Thought was your first love? And remember The day when you went To get your li- cense? Things have surely changed WhaT'? Oh. I musT've dozed off for a minute - sorry. Okay what was The number of that photographer again? Back to Senior life. Nevertheless. Those memories will remain ln the L Mark Sfanklewlcz When I grow up I want 2 B just I Until we meet againl :lever Thanx Mom and Dadlll Spotlghf' forever. -Jodi Matsus l
