Buf every sTudenT who had no ofher means of TransporTaTion re- sorfed To riding The dreaded bus. LeT's Take a momenT To puT some amusing experiences of riding The bus ln The Spoflighf. ln The morning, each sTudenT im- paTienTly awaiTed The familiar sound of a large choking engine, signifying ThaT The bus was iusT a minuTe away. For some, riding The bus was nof all ThaT bad. This was a Time for Talking wiTh friends, yelling, laughing. Throwing Things aT people, puTTing finishing Touches on make-up, eaT- ing breakfasT, doing lasT minuTe as- signmenTs, and Trying To geT some addiTional sleep. Brad Ogden said, l'The bus is always crowded, and once I had To siT in a seaT wiTh Two girls. l was pracfically on Their laps. Ken Rulloda replied, 'lThe bus is okay, buT iT's usually full of loud and screaming people, l suggesT ThaT you geT a, driver's licensel Then There was The almosf impos- sible Task of Trying To bring a projecT To school on The bus. Every momenT was spenT wafching The proiecT, making sure ThaT iT was noT de- sTroyed in any way. And imagine The embarrassmenf of siTTing in fronf of Thirfy ofher people clufching onTo a gianT piece of cardboard for dear lifel This is an amusing sighf, buT nof someThing ThaT mosT people would like To experience. Cyndi McClure said. 'Once l broughT a projecT on The bus and iT was model wiTh pe ple and houses on iT, and by T Time I goT To school all of The pieo had fallen off.
