The Trojan sofTball Team discovered ThaT on Their firsT game, buT They re- covered and won The nexT and many games afTer. The 'l5 member Team goT off To a shakey sTarT because individual players were noT unified. WiTh 5 more players ad- ded To lasT year's Team, They needed more Time To organize Themselves. The Lady Trojans sTaTed ThaT They felT The coaches were working wiTh The Team insTead of Trying To force Them inTo a sTereoTypical mold. The 96 SOfTbaII changes in The pracTice schedule made a big dif- ference. More baTTing and fielding had The Team working TogeTher raTher Than on an individ- ual or one-on-one basis.
