I will my way with the girls to Larry Jones so he won't spend all his money on them. y , l CLASS HISTORY As I was looking heck through the years I remembered first of all the first day of High School in 1949 when six freshmen entered a completely different type of school life. The Freshmen were Roberta Mellinger, Ruth i D i A Roether, Helen Kidd, Margaret Newman, Ronald Head, and Will am av es. short time after school started, a new pupil, David Moritz, enrolled in our class. In the last part of the first semester David left here and Oregon where he continued his school work. The highlight of our year was our skating party. The whole school was invited to share in i I A ril of 1950 Clifford Moenning transferred here from Arcolo fun. n p School, Arcola,lissouri and joined our class. A few weeks before the li ll Montana where she year closed, Margaret Newman moved to Ka spe , School the next fall. s's We entered our Sophomore year with the same six that had ed together in our Freshman year. We had three news Robert Puck who moved here from Wakefield, Kansas, and came back from San Diego, California to finish school wi year the Sophomores invited the rest of the school to a afterward, we all went to a show. There were no changes in ing that year. Our Junior year at Milford High brought forth many new rtwo new students. in our class which were Larry Denveri and Within the first six weeks of school Rosa moved back to i fansas and enrolled in high school there.
