Staff To Mr. William T. Ritter, our vice-principal, we express a token of gratitude for the interest and enthusiasm he has always shown throughout our years at Milford Mill. Our vice-principal is always ready with a smile and a cheery hello for everyone. Though his schedule may be heavy with disciplinary problems, morning announcements, and monthly attendance reports, Mr. Ritter is always ready, willing, and able to assist whenever it is at all possible. He is a person that will long be remembered by the class of '57, the classes preceding, and the classes that will follow. Those who know Mr. Albert J. Sgro will speak highly of him as a friend, cr teacher, and an advisor. He is extremely busy carrying out his duties as co-sponsor of the Honor Society, Business Manager of the Milestone and the Mill Wheel, and teaching business law, retail selling, and book- keeping. This year he was appointed Administration Assistant, and in this capacity handles all disciplinary problems in the ninth and twelfth grades.

Milford's Administrative T0 THE CLASS OF 1957 As this scholastic year draws to a close and MlLESTONE 1957 appears, it is well to reflect upon the class that is about to graduate. Each of the six years spent here has left an indelible impression upon our school's history. Both privileges and responsibilities have played an important part. The traditions of the past have mingled with the adaptations to the challenging present. The maior purposes of our institution have been left inviolate. Some of you will fill large places in the world. Others will do smaller but nonetheless essential things for the wel- fare of mankind. As you become men and women, you will look back with fond recollections to the days of the school life spent at Milford Mill. Whether you be in the world of work or in the halls of learning, you will always be representatives of your Alma Mater. Act your part well. Continue to be an honor to the noble purposes which directed your training. May your parents and teachers continue to inspire you to do those things which will be a credit to your home, school, and community. Best wishes for a successful career to everyone of you. GEORGE W. SCHLUDERBERG, Principal

The guidance secretary, Mrs. Gladys Hudgins, prepares the reports for each student in the school. Together they keep the school operating smooth- ly and efticiently.
