PRESIDENTS MESSAGE Nearly four years ago, we, the class of 1963, entered high school with only a vague idea of the experience we would encounter. Now, how- ever, as we graduate, we can look back upon our high school years in perspective. In learning to face the problems we encountered here to- gether, we have learned more about facing the uncertainties of life. These years have been happy ones. Many people have helped us in our progress and growth. First, we would like to thank Mr. Her- man, our principal, who has guided us with friendliness and understanding. To our teachers we owe our gratitude and appreciation for their untiring patience ' encouragement. Their constancy and wi. have guided us through these years, their dence will spur us on in the future. Our four years at Milford High School have been enriching ones with the fun of sports and good fellowship, the satisfaction of learn- ing, and the benefits of our many eXtra-curricu- lar activities-who will forget the success of the Junior Play or the Junior Prom? At this time, most of us have mixed feelings. We are proud that we have successfully reached this milestone in our lives. We are sad that our departure has meant good-bye to our friends and teachers, but we are eager to go and meet the challenges of life. We have gained much at Milford High, most particularly a solid foundation upon which to build the rest of our lives. As presi- dent, I would like to express my best wishes to the class of 1963, in the hope that we have successfully contributed our part in achieve- ment and records to the history of Milford High School. Bob Rank
