The Road not Taken Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both. And he one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same. And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet Knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back. I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I — I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference. Frost

In My Life There are places I remember all my life, Though some have changed. Some forever, not for better. Some have gone and some remain. All these places have their moments With lovers and friends I still can recall. Some are dead and some are living. In my life, I’ve loved them all. But of all these friends and lovers, There is no one compares with you. And these mem’ries lose their meaning When I think of love as something new. Though I know I’ll never lose affection For people and things that went before, I know I’ll often stop and think about them, In my life, I’ll love you more. 7
