Mr. Oliveri led the junior class to fantastic profits in their sale of shakers. His most prized possession was his hat. He was a star performer each year in the faculty basketball game. Mr. Oliveri was a confirmed ski enthu¬ siast. How many of us still remember Jingle Bells” in Latin as taught by Mrs. Driscoll? Mrs. Driscoll never refused to chaperone any of our school dances. Miss Lee taught us a variety of subjects ranging from Typing to General Business. Often accompanying us on ski trips, Miss Lee rated on the slopes as well as in the classroom. Mr. Oliveri, Mrs. Driscoll, and Miss Lee get together for a chat between classes. Mr. Tosches’ days as principal and Math teacher will always remain with us. As ad¬ ministrative assistant, Mr. Tosches helped to make our days at M.H.S. happy ones. We will always remember Mr. Scagnelli for bringing about our Data processing room. He diligently assisted Mr. Cal in coaching the football team. Mr. Scagnelli was also the able head of our Business Department. Often found in the Data Processing room are Mr. Tosches and Mr. Scagnelli. 13

Mrs. Klein trained us to be typists, al¬ though some of us will never stop looking at the keys. Without her, the school newspaper could never have come out on time. Mrs. Ciesla doubled this year as both a business teacher and a guidance counselor. Her advice will lead many from the class of ’68 to a happy and successful future. Mr. Cecchi molded future football stars from his Junior Varsity team and scientists from his earth science classes. Will we ever understand Mr. Calagione’s equilateral triangles and parallelograms ? His skill as a football and track coach will never be forgotten by his players who learned a great deal from him. Mr. Rota was the only teacher who put Batman and Robin in his Physics problems. We all admired his small son who was pres¬ ent at all of the football games. Mr. Rota also had very strong opinions about where to get your Christmas trees. Looking like fashion models rather than high school teachers are Mrs. Klein and Mrs. Ciesla. 12 Mr. Cecchi, Mr. Calagione, and Mr. Rota look very serious as they discuss the merits of studying science.

Miss Hennessie’s debut at Milford High School was a complete success. Never had the Sociology class taken so many field trips. Graphic and highly original diagrams helped her U.S. History classes understand every¬ thing from a federal government to Squanto the Indian. Mrs. Hayes first introduced some of us to French and Latin. Her work with the French Choral Group led to being invited to per¬ form outside of our school.. St. Mary’s High School and the Rotary Club were amazed at our talented group. Mathematics and coaching basketball were Mr. Hayes’ specialties. As senior class ad¬ visor Mr. Hayes sat in on many a class meet¬ ing and spent many an hour at class car washes. Biology was taught to the underclassmen this year by a new addition to our faculty, Mr. Ditammi, who also was a fine coach for the Cross Country team. Mr. Allegrezza’s CBA Chemistry ruffled many a student’s nerves as we struggled to understand Avogadro’s numbers and the periodic table of elements. Adavnced Math and Trigonometry rounded out Mr. Alle¬ grezza’s schedule, but he still found time to serve as Chess Club Advisor. Miss Hennessie, Mrs. Hayes and Mr. Hayes glance through a copy of the school newspaper. 14 One never knows what’s brewing on C-floor when our scientists Mr. Allegrezza and Mr. Ditammi are around.
