IN DEDICATION Mrs. Cornell’s concern with every student is exemplified as she discusses a student’s progress during visiting week. To a teacher who has made the study of English thoroughly enjoyable; to a friend whose concern has been with the student as an individual; and to a woman who has always displayed the qualities of a most gracious lady; We the class of nineteen hundred and sixty-eight do hereby dedicate this eighty-fourth edition of the Oak, Lily and Ivy to Mrs. Arthur W. Cornell, with the hope that we shall justify the faith and interest she has shown us.

You’re a good man Mr. Sweeney Mr. J. Gerard Sweeney Meeting deadlines, settling disputes, making decisions, will all be remembered by the members of the Oak, Lily, and Ivy Committee when we reminisce about the production of our yearbook. Above all we will remember our advisor, Mr. J. Gerard Sweeney, a friend who gave much time and effort to the committee and without whose help this edition could never have been possible. For his invaluable help, the class of 1968 thanks him.
