. It is again that time of the year when another school term comes to a close and with it we lose a valuable group of people. The Class of 1964 has constantly striven to lead our school to even greater heights in both the athletic and scholastic competitions which are so necessary to the growth of our institution. As this intellectual growth and school spirit continue to progress, our physical plant also must continue to progress. In the past year this has led us to construct a new Junior High School and also improve the existing buildings. These improvements will further increase the quest for knowledge which is so vital to the growth of an institution for learning. I wish to extend my warmest congratu- lations to the Class of 1964 and wish you con- tinued success in life. C. T. Dickerson Superintendent School historians inform us that yours is the 64th Class to be graduated from the Mil- ford High School. You are also Milford's largest graduating class. During those sixty-four years our nation has changed from the horse and buggy era to that of the jet and rocket . Tremendous changes have occurred in the areas of eco- nomics, building, transportation, engineering, communication, and science. The type and quality of education you have received should enable you to cope with change. However, the basic characteristics of honesty, truth, loyal- ty, to God and Country, and respect for your fellow man remain as true in today's world as they did for those of the first graduating class. Congratulations to each of you upon the successful completion of your high school education. Sincerely yours, I'd W. W. Hickman Admin. Asst, in Charge of Instruction.
