The efforts of Steve and his fellow Seniors were only good for second place, how- ever, as the Juniors took first spot. The Sophn omores finished third, BELOW: Ah, sweet victory! The Seniors Hwhoop it up after defeating the faculty by one point in the annual Senior-Foculty game. Miscellaneous events till lull, odd diversification MHIDIIH ' t 151 SUM! On behalf of the Reflector staff, editors Linda Lynn and Connie Engstrom present to the ministers of the Mount Repose Baptist Church, a check for one hundred dollars toward the purchase of a church bell in memory of Toni Lyons. Toni, former Reflector page editor,wuskil1ed in an auto mishap last year. Although most of the big events such as Homecoming, Prom, and graduation occur in the fall or spring, there are many minor occasions which tend interest and diversification of life at Milford High School. Assemblies are held fairly regularly. This year they included a visit by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra; Vic Hyde, a noted trumpeter; and 1t Ted Bumiller, a famous world traveller who showed movies of his Italian tour. On another occasion students were I entertained by Ed Schedters, a noted yoga specialist. Joe Dowell, weII-known tolksinger and spokesman for young people, who spoke at the senior tea, is interviewed by REFLECTOR reporter Gloria House amidst the uproar of the reception.
