As another school year ends I am sure that all the pupils will leave this school a year older and perhaps a year wiser. To some of you the end of this year will be just the start for the next school year. For others, however, this may mean a start in the business world. Which ever you may be, the best of luck to you all. The year that has just slipped by brought many changes not only to the school but also to the world. It was a year that almost saw World War III break out - a year which saw Russia orbit twin space travelers - and a year in which the Canadian people had to go to the poles twice to elect a government. Closer to home, it was a year which saw Mel¬ rose High School become a part of Miles Macdonell Collegiate. This was a year we spent at Miles Mac.
