- Track lust one more lap was a welcome phrase heard often by the members of the '84 MHS girls' track team. Along with 1aps , Weightlifting was a part of the girls' training program, as they Work- M ed to improve their individual and team times throughout the season. During this season, the girls battled against the fierce winds as well as the tough competition at the track meets.
