Although the 1971 football season is not considered a win- ning season, the Milbank Bulldogs put out a gTcat deal of ef- fort to make a good standing in the conference where they rated 6th. Changes were made in the line this year. Many of the boys who were on defense in previous years now played on the of- fensive line. Other changes included having the individual names on the backs of the jerseys and seating the team in front of the grandstands instead of across the field. Under the expert coaching of Joe Boyle, new plays were learned and carried out skillfully by an eager team. The Bulldogs proved they had high ideals and the attitude of champions so stressed by Coach Boyle. Coach Tom Aho, Tom O’Shaughncssy, “Sorry Tom, 1 think it’s got to go. FOOTBALL
