Class of ’71 Hosts Junior-Senior Prom Junior class officers are driving: Tom Dravland, vice-president, and Sharon Frerichs, secretary... just along for the ride: Mike Peden, treasurer; and Steve Johnson, president. Although a certain freshman ’'flash” was inclined to put down the juniors in her column as Bah- humbug individuals, ’’the Class of 71 spent a busy and rewarding year proving her wrong. It was juniors who scored high- est as a class on the Iowa tests... juniors who even yelled louder than seniors or sophomores once in awhile... and of course, junior class president Steve Johnson gave his class glory as he out- ate all other class presidents when it came to cream pies. The Class of f71 highlighted its busy year with the long (but fun-filled) hours it spent planning, decorating and attending the Junior-Senior Prom.
