Now we find the magic carpet has brought us to the Chicago stockyards ;end sitting at a gigantic desk in a fabulous office we see Delver Thayer, president of the stockyards. Oh through space the magic carpet takes us and we finally see a radio station. Ralph Blanken, a disc jockey, is just changing a reoord. We now sight by which people are working. Let's have a look, Why, there's Betty Stutler and Laura Lee Muir with theih husbands. They're in Alaska paning for gold. We see another radio station. This girl with the bangs and big bow in her hair looks familiar. She's Neva Dean who has taken the place of Fannie Brice as Baby Snooks. In the next studio we see Mildred Bergman and Dolores Schneider singing hillbilly songs and playing banjos. Now we are at the summit of a monntain peak and two men are standing talking. The two mountain climbers are Jim Coyle and Wayne Caplinger, who are confirmed bachelors. Now we are taken to a courtroom. Hero we see Carol Ludeker, a rich, criminal lawyer, defending her client. We see beneath the ocean now where there is a peral diver at work. He has come up and taken off his helmet. Why its' Dave Ridenour. 2 Now we see a ceremony of some sort. There's Mr. Robert Godsey stanging, shaking hands with the president. He has just been awarded the title of Greatest Mathemetitian of the Twentieth Century. Now the magic carpet carries us back to Mj.lan. The high school is sighted. A home-ec. class is in session and the teacher is Martha Daes. She has just given her clsss a lecture in inferior decoration. Letrice Bulich, known as the neighborhood gossip is leaning over her back fence gossiping right now with Maxine Knowlton. Both of the ladies are crabby old maids. We see that Dale Francis has just won the Pulitzer Prize for her novel Forever Bats. Something new has been added to Milan. It is called the Milan Junkyard. Let's go into this old shack and find out who owns the place. Why, its' Gene Kleine. Oh dear, our carpet won't fly anymore, we're stranded. Let's catch this bab. Why, look who the cabbie is, Harold Lawburghiti Home Harold I'.'. We see Bonnie Martin, head nurse at Christ Hospital arriving home by bus. We see Floyd Lattire on the street and he informs us that he is janitor at Milan High School.
