R EX SMITH Mr. Smith is boys' Physical Education and Health teacher. He is the high school guidance counselor. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Ashland College and has attended Kent University and the University of West Virginia. Mr. Smith is a Freshman Class sponsor.
