Future Farmers of America During the past year, the FFA chapter has grown even larger, both in number of members and ,the number of ac- tivities in which it participates. The MHS chapter is the largest in Minnesota. The purpose of the organization is to develop better farmers by teaching scientific methods. A delegation from Milaca attended the national conven- tion of the FFA in Omaha in October. Many district and state meetings were also at- tended by members throughout the year. Nu- merous awards in all fields of agriculture have been given to members, and vi- sitors are invited to see these ribbons and placques in the FFA club rooms.
