Jester s initiate some of the students as pledges The blanket of snow keeps getting deeper and deeper Football boys honored at a turkey feed given by some of the local fans Coach Ivan and Dave tell how good we were in football in a broadcast over KDFN 25-Some of the Jester pledges put on the play Too Much Matrimony 26-School dismissed for two days so we could sit back and enjoy our turkey 30 Senior barn dance and hay ride prove to be a huge success DECEMBER We return to school after finishing up the remainder of the turkey Junior High puts on a thrilling operetta entitled The Gallopmg Ghost Basketball season opens with a victory over Lusk Everyone is full but happy after the annual football banquet Radio broadcasts of a mysterious origin are heard in study hall Thermopolis bows under the strain of basketball and the Midwest Oilers were held in almost every class were fun Vic makes a swell Santa fThe little kids seem to thmk so anyway j The play Too Much Mistletoe is put on for the high school after which the gifts were passed out to the kids Allan wins bubble gum contest although Duane and Marvene furnished some pretty sticky competition Douglass A and B squads bow to the Oilers and Pumpers but Shoshoni proves too much for us in a triple header Shoshonx does it again as they bcat us in a game on their own floor The annual winter formal given by the ob s Daughters proves to be quite success u TANUARY Gillette can t stand up under the strain as they allow our boys to beat them on their home court School begms again after everyone gets his fill of candy and goodies Del Harter explorer gives interesting talk on his travels and experiences A great loss of pep results as everybody takes semester tests 9 B ams contmue to bulge with information as the tests are finally finished 12-W , . . .
