March. 1, 1949 TO THE MEMBERS OF THE NINTH GRADE: Now that you are ready to enter Senior High School, I hope that you have, through your contacts and associations, been stimu- lated to form plans and set for yourself, goals worthy of attainment. In the future, as in the past, you will meet with obstacles in the form of doubt, fear and misgiving. Remember though, that regardless of the num- ber of failures you meet, the important thing is not to fail the last time you try. In the hope that your past year in the Midwest City Junior High School has contrib- uted not only to your knowledge, but of even greater importance, it has assisted you in the formation of those desirable traits of character that will enable you to live, not only efficiently but happily, this portion of the Bomber Annual is dedicated. .
