PROPHECY Here It 15 1983 and I am attendmg the 25th re umon of the class of 19:38 xn New York Cxty As I looked around I heard Don Beans telllng some others about h1s Job as Presldent of the Hot Rods Assoclatlon I declded to get mto the conservation to find out what a few of my other former class mates were domg As we were talkmg Louxse Exchel qMrs Wxllard Des eckerj comphmented me on my halr style and I told her I had lt done at the Mldvale Beauty Shop She was really amazed when I told her xt was operated by three of our old class mates Joyce DeMatt1o Patsy Mazzy and Nancy Westhafer When I went to get some of the dehclous food ent from Norma Fantm and Sally Trachels restaurant I bumped 1nto Betty Lenarz she tcld me she was n kxds Atfer the reunlon Betty mvlted me to spend the mght wlth her She had a large estate ln New York whlch was very beautlful Betty agreed to take me downtown and show me around the next day As we were walkmg past the hospltal she told me that JoAnn Penlck was head nurse there We went mto a druastore to get a sundae and guess who Walted on us None other than Sandra Weaver Whxle we were eating our sundaes Gaye Tollotl walked xn and Jomed us She told us she was co owner of a dental 05106 and that buslness was very good. As we were wmdow hoppmg we met Etta Rey mond fMrs Jerry Kohlj and she lnvxted us to spent the evenmg wlth her at the Latxn Quarters whlch was owned by Dave Porky Felster So we went to the Latxn Quarters that evemng The dmner was delicious and the muslc was Just out of tlus world We were curlous to know who the bandleader was and Etta said xt was non other than the famous George Yoder He also had Jun Scott featured as the star smger Jun had toured all over the country with the band and has made qulte a name for hnnself Mmda Edle came m and we lnvnted her to Jom us She told us that her law firm ln Clucago was domg very well and that Edna Gartrell was her bookkeeper She was sorry she couldnt attend the reumon She wanted to know how some of the others were domg now that they were out of school I told her that Lonnle Fulp was head coach at Mxdvale Umversxty and Russ Hobart was playing pro basketball with the N Y Knxcker bockers After we left the Latm Quarters we declded to pay huge dalry farm III upper N Y State The next day I declded to retum home and while I was drlvmg along my par stopped and It was Just my luck that It happened close to the Monte and Gxbson Garage They had the car fixed ln no time at all Rxght next to the garage was a used car lot owned by Duffy Stafford and Ronme T1 nor I declded before I returned home I would hke to have a souvemr to take wxth me I went to thls huge souvenlr shop and guess who was operatmg lt' Don Patterson Jun Meese and Tom Wanosxk They had a lot of unusual and humorous artxcles Finally I was home I was so tlred after the long rxde so our good nelghbors Mr and Mrs Larry Hobart mvxted Lonnle and I over for dmner Bonme Hobart . . .
