In biology, ex- periments mainly involve using the microscope to study such specimens as amebas and elodeas. In chemistry, experiments show how ,chemicals react or combine with other chemicals. Tapes, drills, and oral dis- cussions are designed to help the student learn the language. Literature study gives the student greater insight into the language.
