SIE IOR ClASS Wlll We, the Senior Class of 1961-62, Midland High School, Wright Township, Greene County, State of Indiana, being of sound, disposing mind and memory hereby make and seal our last will and testament and declare all other wills made heretofore null and void. I, Deanna Mears, will my ability as cheerleader to Nancy Hays, and my ability to get the class into mischief to Patty Jackson. I, Sharon Dickey, will my ability to be Senior cheerleader to Linda Tipton, and my ability to be Student Council President to Jimmy Hickman. I, Wilma Wogoman, will my ability to play the field to Marilyn Griggs, and to get in early from a date to Vicki Gorby. I, Marianne Humphreys, will my ability to tell good jokes to Christy Bell, and to give my driver's license to Sondra Miller who will need them in the future. I, Ruth Trusty, will my ability to become engaged to my sister, Debra Trusty, and my small feet to Jane Archer. I, Linda Miller, will my quiet, retiring way to Relda Palamer,'and my ability to get on the Honor Roll to Gerald Miller. I, Doris Wall, will my ability to be on the Honor Roll every time to my brother, Carl Wall, and my ability to win a Bookkeeping Award to Eddie Secrest. I, Mabel Letsinger, will my height to Miss Mitchell, and my charm to Wilma Neff. I, Mary Hensley, will my ability to flirt to Shelia Weatherwax, and my height to Patty Myers. I, Tom Cullison, will my basketball suit to Johnny Rowe, and my speech ability to Woletta Secrest. I, Paul Stone, will my basketball ability to our Student Manager, Carl Kelly All, and my ability of Class Presidency to Richard Sturgeon. I, Tim Hays, will my ability to shoot pool to David Fulford, and ability to be an actor to Billy Bedwell, I, Charles Klein, will my ability to get along with Mr. Hatley to Warren Hays, and to go steady with one girl to Louhon Tucker. I, Clet Gabbard, will my ability to make ' good grades to Jim Bob Crawl, and my sweet smile to Lonnie Rogers. I, Dean Orman, will my ability to argue to Mrs. Smith. ' I, Jerry Landis, will my ability to pass tests to Steve Myers, and my blond hair to Phillip Leighty. I, Jesse Ellis, will my ability to get a car and gasoline to Chuck Jacob, and my ability to be a 13 year old boy in the Senior Play to Bob Hunter. We will to the Future Seniors, the example of setting good rules to their underclassmates and to make money for a ' Senior Trip. , We will to the Future Juniors, the ability to have a successful Prom as we had in 1961. We will to the Future Sophomores, the ability to have good times as we had at ball games and school activities. We will to the Future Freshmen, the ability to be a part of the high school and be as successful as we were. The Seniors Boys will to the Junior Boys, the ability of being expert barbers. The Senior Girls will to the Junior Girls, the ability to go steady with handsome boys. We will, to all the Underclassmen, the ability to never be called into the office, to be kind to the teachers, and to be friendly and considerate of all students. h To the Faculty, we give blessed relief from attempting to teach us things we had no desire to know. May they realize that they accomplished more than they thought they did and that, as we leave MIDLAND HIGH SCHOOL, we are truly grateful for all their patient efforts. I This, is the last will and testament of the class of 1961-62. A copy of this document will be duly filed in the safe in Principal Vosloh's office, to be kept there until such time as there is need to refer to its contents. It will be signed by officials ofthe class of1962, and due warning is hereby given that any attempt to break this will or change the provisions thereof will result disastrously.
