Completing one phase of your educational aims is but a stepping stone to either higher educational objectives or to readying yourself to take your place in the life of the community. In either instance we hope we have instilled within you the need for using your skills and knowledge for the best interests of society in general, and that you will exercise the self discipline and restraint so necessary' at a time when citizens of our nation and the world are confused about ethical values and principles. If in some measure we have developed within you an awareness of respect for rights of others, family devotion, the need for good mental and physical health, the keeping of an open mind, making good use of leisure time, and maintaining good moral and ethical standards, then we shall feel eternally grateful.
