Something new was planned for the seniors’ last trip as an entire class. It was a trip to Quebec City, in the province of Quebec, Canada. A real adventure was in store for the four days of the trip. This trip was the first time that the class of 1988 had gone somewhere other than on the small, one-day field trips to amusement parks, museums and such. It was also the first time that a ski trip, especially one out of the country, had been planned as the senior trip. As the school year began, some members of the class were not sure how something so different would work out, but most were looking forward to the fun and to the many new sights and experiences. The unique thing about this trip, however, was that everyone knew that it would be the last trip that the class would ever take as a class. It was another of those ‘‘last times” for the members of the class of ’88 to make memories, to share each other’s company and to enjoy themselves for four days and three nights while there was still time to be together.
