MAHP The Middletown Adolescent Health Project (MAHP) was started in 1985. The Health Project was a unique and valuable service to the students. It offered sports physicals, information about health and nutri- tion, and counseling on personal problems. There was a variety of qualified people, willing to help any- one, including the following: a doc- tor, a nurse, a social worker, a nutri- tionist, and a health educator. The staff was dedicated to helping the participants and encouraging new members to join. The project suc- cessfully sponsored a Fun Run and a Health Fair for the students, faculty and staff, and the community of Mid dletown. With support, the Adoles- cent Health Project will have a bright future.
