Judy was active in both the Junior Minstrel and Senior play, GEORGE EARL NAYLOR Satch is taking the general course, He was a member of FFA, Dramatics, Tumbling and Chorus. He did out- standing work in the Junior Minstrel and the Senior Play, His hobbies are hunting, fishing and playing baseball Satch was also reporter for the FFA for two years, CAROLYN EDITH MURRAY Carol is a business student with an ambition to become a secretary, She has been treasurer of Student Council, business manager of Yearbook and president of Library Club, She took part in the Junior Minstrel and Senior Play, Her hobbies are reading, cro- cheting and embroidering, BETTY JEAN OGDEN Bessie is another business student who hopes to become an efficient steno- grapher. Her clubs are Sports, Librarv and assistant manager of Yearbook 12. Bessie was also active in both the Junior Minstrel and Senior Play, 'She enjoys fishnig and crabbing.

GREEN Teddy is another senior who is interested in music, He has taken the academic course and has done work in Dramatics 9 and 10, Tap dancing, Driver's Course, Dance Band, Student Council, the Junior Minstrel and the Senior Play, Teddy has been an active mem- ber of the Student Council for three years. FLORA ELIZABETH LAWS Betty takes the business course and hopes to enter Goldey Beacom College after graduation to be- come a secretary, Betty enjoys roller skating, writing letters and reading, She has been active in FHA, library club, Yearbook and Joumalism, Good Luck, Betty, in the years to come, VICTOR P, KOHL, IR. Vic, one of the top humorists of the class, likes to read and collect stamps, He is taking the academic course and plans to enter the teaching profession, He has been active in Band, Student Council, Dramatics, He took part in the Senior Play and Junior Minstrel, MARY AGNES LAWS Lawsie is enrolled in the General course and plans to become a sec- retary, Her free time is spent roller skating and horseback riding. She has been active in sports, tumbling and Dramatics, Lawsie will be remembered for her pleasing smile and her funny sense of humor, The class wishes Lawsie a successful future. ELAINE DORIS LABOUR Elaine, another academic student, has chosen a music career, She plans to study music and drama on the stage, after college. Elaine took part in dramatics, Junior Minstrel and the Senior Play, She has been a member of Yearbook '53, Elaine will be remembered for her beautiful voice, WILLIAM W. MANLOVE, IR. Bill is now taking the Academic course with the hope of becoming an aeronautical engineer, He has been active in Dramatics, Band and Sports His spare time is spent in working at the Post Office, His hobbies are eat- ing, sleeping, fishing and raising chickens, Bill also took part in the Senior Play and Junior Minstrel,

He was active in the Senior Play and Junior Minstrel, KATHERINE MAUREEN PASSMORE Kathy took the business course anc. plans to be a private secretary, She has played varsity hockey, partici- pated in Leader's1Corps, M club and yearbook, Her favorite pastime activities are roller skating, Swim- ming and deep sea fishing. Our Kathy will always be remembered for her natural blonde hair, DONALD PRICE Buzzy is one of our more active students because of his athletic and musical abilities, He has been ac- tive in M Club, Dance Band and also in the Fireman's band. Buzzy plans to become a teacher or an athlete after graduation, He enjoys playing his trumpet and working with wood, Good Luck, Buzz, EARLE V. PIATT, JR, Hot Rod takes the vocational Course, His ambition is to customize Fords or work as a mechanic, He has been ac- tive in the Dramatics Club, FFA, Dan- cing and Photography Clubs and his hobbies are building model airplanes, fishing, hunting and swimming, Earle also took part in the Senior play and Junior Minstrel, TI-IELMA VIRGINIA ROBINSON Tellie takes the academic course and has studied very conscientiously in order that she may become a nurse. She was an excellent President and Vice Presi- dent of our Junior Class, Her hobbies are crocheting, swimming and skating, Tellie took an active part in the Junior Minstrel and Senior Play,
