Last Will and Testament Betty Hinton leaves her determination to get that''Mann ' to Minnie Stegall. Melvin Hendrick leaves his ability to skip school without being caught to Buddy Kearson. Patsy Jessup wills her ability to type those perfect typing papers during fifth period without any trouble at all to Mary Ann Perdue. Julian Oliver leaves his talent for telling ''tall tales and jokes ' to Bill Norwood. Braxton Poythress leaves his wavy hair to Eugene Mustian. Betty Jane Perdue leaves to Virginia Harris, her ability to always win her side of an argument. George Rewie leaves his ability to make the girls mad to Gene Short. Shirley Van Dyke leaves her speed in basketball to her sister, Max- ine, hoping that she will spark the team as much as she did. Nancy Voune leaves her ability to get around at Henderson High School to Tiny Poythress. Geraldine Paschall leaves to the Junior Class all good wishes for a Happy Senior Year. Last Will and Cestament W.. the Senior Class of 1953, being about to pass out of this sphere of education, in full possession of a crammed mind, well trained memory and almost superhuman understanding, do make and publish this, our last will and testament; hereby revoking and making void all former wills or promises by us at any time heretofore made, or mayhap, care- lessly spoken, one to the other, as the thoughtless wish of an idle hour. We do dispose of our possessions as follows: Aubrey Blanks leaves his ability to eat peanuts during business arithmetic without being caught to Jack Royster. Becky Buchan leaves to next year's typing class, the patience she obtained while trying to type those perfect assignments. Doris Dickerson wills her flirting ability and her way with the boys to Nancy Spain. Peggy Durham leaves her artistic ability to Shirley White. Lou Zene Edwards leaves her quiet ways to Bruce Jordan. Charles Ellington leaves his powerful ways of keeping the noise down on the school bus to next year's drivers. Billy Fort leaves eleven inches of his height to Buddy Young. Franklin Fuller wills his mathematical ability to anyone who is stupid enough to want it. Betty Jean Harris leaves her cheerleading ability to Betty Lee Har- ton, hoping that she'll have as much effect on the team as she did.

Class Poem WHO KNOWS ? So now we move into a world of many things. Both good and bad. To take our stand along life's way. And there to dwell. Who knows what paths we all shall take. Or where they shall entwine, Or if our lives be good or bad, Or if our hearts be light or sad. Some may save; Some may kill; Some may die; Some may live; Some may hope; Some believe; Some regret a forlorn deed; Some forgive; And some forget; Some grow thin; Others stout; Some may be wise, And some may not.
