BOARD OF EDUCATION Mrs Ellen Zurlmden Mr Ransom Barr Mr Don Black preszdent Mr L H Symes Mr Dennis St Clair Mr Robert McG1ynn clerk i' The Board of Education has undertaken a large improvement program Everyone in school in the future years will benefit The girls interested in homemakxng will receive a great deal of benefit from the new Home Eco room a kltchen and a child development and home management area Also included is an art and drafting room The boys will be glad to hear that there will be a complete Industrial Arts Department To take care of the large ap petites at Mrddlebranch High School a neva cafeteria kitchen will be added The meals will be served in a room also doublmg as the band room Included in the plans is an instrumental practice room and storage room plus two hundred lockers and dressing rooms for both boys and girls A new office and larger library are also very welcome features of the building program In addition to all of this the grade school and high school buildings are to be painted Page 6 ' .
