Tracy and Michelle Greenwaldt played first and second singles with Franny Grant rounding out third singles. First doubles was played by Cathy Wang and alternating Christin Dodd and Amelia Spaulding. Tracy Taylor and Tiffany Tozour finished up the varsity line-up playing second doubles. Although the boy's team also began slow their final record was quite good. Rich Rogers played a strong first singles with Ted Pirog playing second and Chris Kock playing third. Throughout the season, the singles positions changed ending with Chris Kock in first singles, Rich Rogers holding on to second, and Ted Pirog playing third. The doubles line-up was Scott King and Reynold Wang playing first and Mike James and Geoff Haefner playing second.

Under the direction of Coach Moll, the team tried to improve their play and do their best. Individuals put forth their all and showed lots of effort this season. Unfortunately, the team lost their 2 captains, Chris Chase and Scott Supplee, early in the season due to injuries. At the end of the season, players who worked hard were given awards for their effort at the football banquet. Steve Seymour, who made All-South Jersey, was named MVP and Best De- fensive Back was was also given the hustle award. Chuck Lee was presented with the Head Hunter award and names Best Defensive Lineman. Most Improved Player was Reggie Easley. Shawn Girgan was named best Offensive Back. Best Offensive Lineman was Joe Jenkins. Finally, the courage award went to Ian Farrow.
