3? ii 'B , 1 13 L,,L Q , MTHS Gives Blood jan In October, the Red Cross with the help of the Stu- dent Council held a bloodmobile at Middle Township High School. During the four and a half hours that the Red Cross was here, fifty-five people who registered donated blood. Students, teachers, and township resi- dents as well participated in the program. With Mr. Zebedies in charge, the Student Council carried out a campaign to help the blood drive. They designed posters and wrote announcements to inform students of the upcoming events. On the day itself, several students helped out by giving donors question- naires to fill out and escorting them to the refreshment stand after they had given blood. The main attractions of the day were Gregg Lane and Shannon Lear, who walked the hallways dressed as Dracula and Miss Blood Drop. Middle also gave blood in May. X I le X 6 it til
