The Largest Ever The Middle Township High School Concert Choir, direct- ed by Mrs. Lauriello, is this year the largest it has ever been, with an enrollment of 113 students. In fact, at the beginning of the year there were not enough robes to go around! The Concert Choir, in addition to the annual Christmas and Spring Concerts, has also performed around the community during the Christmas season. The Advanced Choir, a 31-member ensemble of students who have been in choir at least one previous year, has given various additional concerts in the area. This smaller group demonstrated its vocal talents for such organizations as the Eastern Star and the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary and provided music for the hospital's Christmas tree lighting. .ann ls l 1. Snow Ball Middle Township High School held its annual Snow Ball Christmas dance on Saturday, December 19, in the high school cafeteria, students danced to the sounds of disc jockeys Sound Decision, while enjoying the holiday atmosphere created by the numerous Christ- mas decorations including lights, holly, mistletoe, and the real Christmas tree that provided the focal point of the festivities. The traditional Snow Ball Court was announced at midnight. Geoffrey Byrne reigned as King of the even- ing while Amy Muller captured the title of Queen of the Ball. Other members of the Senior Court were Eve Ford, Karen Ryder, Lisa Modano, and B.J. Sikora. Ju- nior Princess was Misty Hansen. Members of the Junior Court included Denise Hennessey and Jen Sellers.
