President Vice President Secretary Dennis Davey Donald Brown Carol Kinney Treasurer Student Council Rep. Student Council Rep. Ronald Ross Neil Serdinsky MiChae1 Coulter Scanning through the pages of history, one is amazed by the great leaders of the days gone by. For wars there were generals, for nations there were great presidents and premiers, and for sci entific milestones great scientists. So it is with the class of l965 at Michigan Tech. The awesome job of leadership of the freshmen entering upon a new sort of life is being effected by members of different nations and states. The undertaking of guidance is competently spearheaded by Presi- dent Dennis Davey of Sault Canada. He is ably assisted by Vice-President Donald Brown of Troy, Ohio, Secretary Carol Kinney of Sault, Michigan, and Ronald Ross of Cheboygan, Michigan. Neil Serdinski of Los Angeles, California and Michael Coulter of Sault, Canada are Student Council Representatives. The different homelands of these people, as well as their leadership abilities, illustrates the range and the caliber of students now attending Michigan Tech. The freshman class and the faculty extend thanks to these leaders for their help in the past year in moving Michigan Tech and its students further ahead to a more successful future. The whole world steps aside to let any young man or woman pass by if they only know where they are going! --Author Unknown 42
