As days become weeks, so must certain of our Weeks become as mem- orable as the days. Each of the World,s 10 great reli- gions contains, basic to its doctrine, the Golden Rule. This year saw all 10 expressions inscribed together, as a symbol of humanity,s universal na- ture, on a single scroll. Foreign Students Present Festival The scroll was displayed through- out one of MSU,s most interesting and constructive Week-long events, the International Festival. This year, amid proposals and plans for a new and much larger Interna- tional Center, along with increased university-wide emphasis on interna- tional understanding, the festival was indeed a major event.

Perhaps less far reaching than our international activities, but certainly no less outstanding was another big Michigan State Week. This one, by, for and named after the campus Greeks from Alpha to Omega. junior 500 Enters 10th Year Held late in spring term, Creek Week reached new heights as the 10th annual junior 500 pushcart race featured some of the fastest one manpower vehicles this side of Hong Kong. 0 In spite of the mass move of many organizations to the new Student Services building, the Union was by no means left completely to the Grill hounds. Fall term, the building hosted another top Weekis event, the Creative Arts Festival. 411.-ny:
