I u SECRETARY • OF THE COLLEGE The Secretary of the College is responsible for the execution of the budget under the direction of the State Board of Agriculture, and in general for all moneys expended by the College. He is custodian of all College property and buildings, and acts as Secretary for the State Board of Agriculture. In connection with the office of the Secretary, there is an Account- ing Department headed by the Comptroller. The duty of this division is to see that no depart- ments are allowed to overrun their budget and to carefully check on expenditures that seem unwise.
