C3165 cjvkdfor The fall of 1950 found 63 bright eyed students eager to begin our first steps toward becomin hi h school rad at . A l g g g u es s our c ass officers we chose: President - J. C. Whitney, Vice-President - Terry Collins, Secretary - Joan Landron, Treas- urer - Dale France. Mrs. Inman and Mr. Doster were our homeroom teachers. The following year as Sophomores we elected Terry Collins - President, Dale France - Vice-President, Ann Hamilton - Secretary, and Joan Landron - Treasurer There were 55 of us this year working toward our goal to become seniors. Our homeroom teachers were Mrs. Miller and Mr. Hemple. Our Junior year proved to be very busy. The Student Council was formed this year and Terry Collins was elected President and Ann Hamilton Secretary. Joan Landron was elected Football Queen to reign over the Football Dance. On March 13, 1953, we proudly presented our Junior Play, Have A Heart . We raffled a radio, sold School Daze , sponsored a candy sale and received our class rings. Class officers this year were: President - David Trevarthen, Vice-President - J. C. Whitney, Secretary - Nan Talmage, and Treasurer - Joan Landron. Mrs. Birm- ingham was our class advisor. Toward the end of the year all our thoughts turned to the Junior-Senior Prom. And then this year we found ourselves full fledged Seniors at last! We elected Ann Hamilton - President, J. C. Whitney - Vice-President, Janet Wait - Secre- tary, Joan Landron - Treasurer. Maureen Updyke and Terry Collins were our student council representatives. Also Ruth Musbach and J. C. Whitney were the Sky Club representatives. Mr. Henderson was our class advisor. The first thing we did th' ' ' is year was to choose the Annual Staff. Our Senior pictures were taken in Nov. We presented our Senior Play, Brother Goose , January 22, 1954. The money for our trip to Mackinac Island June l, 1954, was earned by selling adver- tisements for the Annual, refreshments at the games, magazine subscriptions, charm bracelets, and by sponsoring dances. Our class has worked hard this year and now that our high school days are almost over, we now look forward to the Prom and Graduation Day when with diplomas in hand, we shall know we have attained our goal.
