Putting out a Recensio is not, as' it might appear ff to the uninitiated, ajob to be run thru with in a few afternoons 'ff with all the ease of an established and perfected machine. The circumstance is analogous, rather, to that of hnding one's Way out of the mazes of an old Roman catecomb. It is an unique experience, coming but once in a life time, and when it is done, 'tis done forever. All We can say is that We've put our L24 best licks into it-and who can do more? ,Eg - ln this book, what We have attempted is to hold as it were F the mirror to the student life of the passing year, hurrying W along has it is W1th.1t's throng of joys, achievements, hopes, E ambitions, friendships, as well as it's generous sprinkling of N disappointments, failures, sorrows, disillusionments,-all com- T. A bining to form the typical college year. It is to this end, then, for which we have strived, not so much to satisfy W present desire, which we believe to be subsidary, but rather F to furnish a source of future enjoyment. Leafing over this volume in years to come Will, we hope, bring to mind pleasant reminiscences of the best and fullest period of our lives- lg recollections long since submerged beneath the hurlyburly of a post-Miami life.
