Many opportunities to be of service to the girls of our school enter into the daily duties of a Dean of Girls. She may help make adjustments in troubled situations; she mav be of assistance in case of illness or injury; she may help establish good relations between pupil and teacher or pupil and pupil. The Dean is also responsi- ble for attaining the best possible rate of school and attendance. In the effort to develop well disciplined and well adjusted girls there is a great challenge to perform the variety of duties of a Dean. MRS.
