Degrees: Bachelor of Arts - West Virginia. Wesleyan University Master of Arts — West Virginia University MR. GUY M. FOSTER, Principal The principal manages the school — organizing and administering. He is directly responsible to the Superintendent for the organization, administration, curriculum, public relations, building and grounds, teacher assignment, and other activities and programs within the channels of approved policies and practices which have been established. In an attempt to provide the educational opportunities for all students within the school, the principal keeps the school program in balance and moving forward. Through scheduling of classes, assigning duties and responsibilities to others on the staff, improving instructional procedures, maintaining a guidance program and assuming other areas of responsibility, the head of the high school hopes to provide the leadership and management for operating a school to meet the needs of today’s students. The Assistant Principal has many duties in the areas of administration and guidance. The responsibilities most common include attendance, discipline, and other areas of pupil need and con- cern. All efforts are directed toward making the school experience as valua- ble and meaningful for each student as possible.
