ighiights The Dental Assistant Shop is made up of high school students and post graduates. 'l'he clinic is sponsored by the Dade County Dental Research Clinic, which consists of prominent dentists of Dade and Broward counties. The high school students are required to spend their first two years in business training, fol- lowed by the entire senior year in actual clinical practice. All types of dentistry are done in the clinii which offers the students a complete course in dental assisting and professional office manage- ment. Post graduates are required to spend two years ot' all-day training in the shop to receive :i trade certificate. During that period related office work is also given.
