Dear Reader, Once again with foresight, perception, and depth the Spectre staff has produced another miracle in the guise of Spectre '74. Although not reflected in our final product, things did not always run as smoothly as you might think. Therefore, we thought we'd let you in on some of our trials and tribulations.
