Panther Staff Sets New Sales Record Members of the Panther staff started off We l their year by reaching a new peak in newspaper sales. For the first time, more than 1200 students purchased subscrip- tions. It was not possible to buy each issue individuallyg instead a subscription supplied all of the regular editions plus the special graduation issue. Seniors needed to subscribe in order to receive their senior keys from Carrollls Jewelers.
